Sound Healing with Tuning Forks

Tuning forks were originally used to tune musical instruments and emanate perfect sound wave patterns that allow the instruments to be fine tuned to the perfect pitch, and they actually allow the air around the tuning fork to vibrate, and send out strong impulses. Because of this, they have been adopted by healers who use them to increase the amount of energy on parts of the body they are trying to heal. They are also used to energize the chakras which in turn send out vibrations to the nerve centers along the spine which go to the various organs and stimulate them into greater health giving activity. The ones I buy were made in a medical laboratory. Each one has its own pitch or tone and that tone resonates with the different cells and/or organs in the body. They can either be placed on the body or held over it, it is thru the sound and vibrational frequency that they work.

Tuning forks can be used to promote energy flow, to relax muscles, for tension, to promote deeper and balanced breathing, stimulate healing, reduce joint pain and swelling, and to promote sound sleep.
